1) ISAIR membership is FREE of charge;
2) ISAIR members must submit at least 1 paper to ISAIR conferences each year;
3) ISAIR members must review at least 10 papers each year;
4) ISAIR members have the discount for registering their papers;
5) ISAIR members will serve as the PC members of ISAIR conferences.
