International Conference on Machine Intelligence 2021

Welcome to ICMI2021

August 21-27, 2021, Qingdao, China

Welcome to ICMI2021, the 3rd International Conference on Machine Intelligence.

In recent years, artificial intelligence has attracted attention as a key for economic growth in developed and developing countries. The attention has been focused mainly on developing new deep learning-based Information Communication Technology and Robotics. Although recently developed deep learning technology certainly excels in extracting certain patterns, there are many limitations. Machine intelligence paves the way for machines to have reasoning abilities which is analogous to human.

The research field of machine intelligence is interdisciplinary, and uses knowledge and methods from many areas such as psychology, biology, signal processing, physics, information theory, mathematics, and statistics. The development of machine intelligence will keep cross-fertilizing these research areas. The aim of this conference is to provide a platform for researchers to share up-to-date scientific achievements in this field.

ICMI2020 will take place in conjunction with the 6th International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, which is the largest conference in Asia.
